1. About RepBeat Uploader
RepBeat Uploader is a private desktop tool used by its owner to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own YouTube channels, including REP BEAT. It is not offered to the public, has no third-party users and is provided free of charge.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
RepBeat Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using RepBeat Uploader, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Use of Google account data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Privacy
Before using RepBeat Uploader you must read and agree to the RepBeat Uploader Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed, how it is stored and how access can be revoked.
4. Acceptable use
- RepBeat Uploader may be used only with YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for every video uploaded with RepBeat Uploader. Uploaded content must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines, and you must hold the rights to all music, footage and other material it contains.
- Titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails must accurately describe the video. Spam, misleading metadata and deceptive practices are not allowed.
- Content that contains realistic AI-generated or altered material must be disclosed as required by YouTube's policies.
- RepBeat Uploader must not be used to automate views, likes, comments, subscriptions or any other engagement.
5. Revoking access
You can revoke RepBeat Uploader's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
6. No warranty
RepBeat Uploader is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
